Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of the Bryant’s Woodwork website, products, services, digital materials, and related communications.
By accessing this website, submitting an order, approving a custom design, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete a purchase.
BUSINESS INFORMATION
Bryant’s Woodwork designs and manufactures handcrafted catering carts, charcuterie carts, beverage carts, multipurpose event carts, accessories, replacement parts, custom products, and digital plans.
Our products are intended for professional, commercial, event, hospitality, and personal use as described in each listing.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, photographs, prices, options, and availability accurately.
Because products are handcrafted, minor variations in wood grain, texture, color, measurements, hardware placement, and finish may occur. These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily defects.
Colors displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the finished product because of lighting, photography, screen settings, paint batches, wood characteristics, and other factors.
Product photographs may show food, pans, decorations, umbrellas, logo frames, branding, serving accessories, or other items that are not included. Customers should review the product’s What’s Included and What’s Not Included sections before purchasing.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting payment or receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
Bryant’s Woodwork may contact the customer to confirm product choices, shipping information, customization requests, availability, or other necessary details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of pricing errors, product unavailability, incomplete information, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, unsafe customization requests, or circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, optional upgrades, customization charges, and other fees are displayed during checkout or included in an approved quote or invoice.
Payment must be completed through an approved payment method provided by the website, payment processor, invoice, or authorized payment link.
Bryant’s Woodwork does not directly store complete credit-card information.
We may correct pricing, description, or calculation errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If a correction materially changes an order after payment, the customer will be notified and given available options before the order proceeds.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most carts are made to order. Custom products may include nonstandard colors, dimensions, serving-top layouts, logo frames, branding, structural modifications, accessories, or other requested features.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections, measurements, spelling, colors, layouts, logos, artwork, and written specifications before submitting or approving an order.
Production may begin based on the information provided with the order, approved quote, invoice, design proof, email, text message, or other written approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to create a revised order.
Some changes cannot be made after materials have been ordered, cut, engraved, painted, laminated, branded, or otherwise placed into production.
CUSTOM COLORS
Customers requesting a custom color should provide the correct brand, color name, color number, or HEX reference when applicable.
Digital color references are approximate and may not exactly match a physical paint or finish.
If an exact physical color match is required, the customer must discuss the requirement with Bryant’s Woodwork before production begins. Additional material or color-matching charges may apply.
LOGOS, ARTWORK, AND BRANDING
Customers who provide a logo, trademark, photograph, design, wording, or other artwork represent that they own the material or have permission to use it.
The customer grants Bryant’s Woodwork limited permission to reproduce the submitted material solely as necessary to design, manufacture, display for approval, and fulfill the customer’s order.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized, infringing, unlawful, or improperly licensed materials supplied by the customer.
Bryant’s Woodwork may decline artwork or branding that cannot be reproduced effectively, is technically unsuitable, or appears unlawful or unauthorized.
DESIGN PROOFS AND APPROVALS
When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, placement, and other details.
Approval authorizes Bryant’s Woodwork to proceed using the approved design.
Bryant’s Woodwork is not responsible for errors that appeared in an approved proof unless the finished product materially differs from that proof.
Production time may be delayed while waiting for customer information or approval.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins after payment and after all required specifications, artwork, selections, and approvals have been received.
Standard products are generally completed within the production timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Custom colors, branding, custom layouts, special materials, or structural changes may require additional production time.
Production timeframes are estimates unless a guaranteed completion date is expressly provided in writing.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Bryant’s Woodwork currently ships eligible website orders within the United States.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customers should not schedule an event based solely on an estimated production or delivery date. Wait until active carrier tracking has been received.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will provide an updated shipping estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should inspect all boxes and products promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing components, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Customers must retain the original boxes, labels, foam, wrapping, and other packaging until the matter is resolved.
Photographs of the product, damage, packaging, boxes, and shipping labels may be required before a claim can be evaluated.
Some hardware, accessories, branding, or replacement components may arrive in separate packages.
ASSEMBLY
Some assembly is required unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Assembly hardware may be packaged separately within the shipment.
Customers are responsible for following the supplied assembly instructions and confirming that all panels, supports, brackets, casters, shelves, tops, and fasteners are properly installed before use.
Do not use a cart if any component appears damaged, unstable, improperly installed, or missing. Contact Bryant’s Woodwork for assistance before using the product.
SAFE USE
Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purpose.
Do not exceed the stated weight capacity of the cart, shelves, wings, tops, or accessories.
Do not sit, stand, climb, or allow children to climb on a cart.
Lock caster wheels when the cart is stationary and supervise the cart when used around children, guests, crowds, slopes, or uneven surfaces.
Use care when raising, lowering, or locking folding shelves and when installing or removing tops, umbrellas, frames, or other accessories.
Umbrellas must be removed during strong winds, storms, unattended storage, or other unsafe conditions.
Products should be stored indoors or under appropriate protection when not in use. Prolonged exposure to standing water, severe weather, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures may damage the product.
FOOD-SERVICE USE
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable food-safety, sanitation, licensing, inspection, and health-department requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, serving pans, food containers, ice trays, utensils, food, beverages, and decorations are not included.
Use appropriate food-safe containers, liners, cutting boards, and temperature-control methods. Do not cut food directly on a laminated or painted cart surface.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damaged orders, missing components, and digital products are governed by our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
That policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Custom and made-to-order products have limited cancellation and return eligibility after production begins.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Bryant’s Woodwork provides a one-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic changes from normal use, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, overloading, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, commercial abuse, standing water, prolonged weather exposure, or failure to follow care and storage instructions.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved warranty remedy may consist of replacement parts, repair assistance, repair, or product replacement.
A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a complete replacement or refund.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital plans, templates, instructions, and downloadable files are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted personal or business use as stated in the applicable product listing.
Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, copied for resale, or represented as the purchaser’s original work unless written permission is provided.
Downloaded digital products are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, product photographs, written descriptions, drawings, plans, graphics, logos, designs, and other original materials owned by Bryant’s Woodwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal use related to evaluating or using a purchased product.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
The website may use third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, financing, analytics, or other functions. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Bryant’s Woodwork is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by an independent third-party service, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with order-related concerns.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bryant ’s Woodwork will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, missed events, lost profits, business interruption, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By submitting an order or inquiry, you authorize us to use the information reasonably necessary to process the transaction, manufacture and deliver the product, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Bryant’s Woodwork may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Changes apply to future website use and purchases after the updated terms are posted. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms governing a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by both parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
